Leadership to Avoid Abusing the Sheep (Ezekiel 34):

And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them. Matured Christian to Avoid Abusing the Sheep (Ezekiel 34):


And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats. Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet? And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them; Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat cattle and between the lean cattle. Because ye have thrust with side and with shoulder, and pushed all the diseased with your horns, till ye have scattered them abroad; Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle. And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.

Basic Teaching of Jesus about Leadership in the Church

Ephesians 4:11-16 clearly lays out the mandate of the church and its leaders, so every member must be equipped and trained to reach spiritual maturity so that God can use them for the work of the ministry to build up the Body of Christ in love. The church is also supposed to foster unity of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and therefore should not be isolated and be exclusive to a chosen few that reject the rest of the Body. We must learn to discern the Body, put our denominational doctrinal differences aside and be united in the faith of the Lord Jesus Christ who is the object and the final goal of all Christians.

The Empowerment Network is a church or an association of churches that seek to do ministry according to the Ephesians 4:11-16 mandate.

The Empowerment Network is also what we call the Net. It is the whole body of believer, company of elders and Christian organization who have voluntarily agreed to practice the "one another" love commands of the Bible, an independent international fellowship of believers and Christian organizations designed to be faithful to Scriptures and live by faith, the “one another” commands of Christ, with built-in accountability, adopting the Continuous Spiritual Improvement spiral system – living like a living organism rather than a fix system, allowing the Holy Spirit to freely move and do its work on the Earth.


The Net shall be a committed fellowship of believers to submit to the mighty transformation of God. It shall submit to Christ’s lordship and promote team ministry above one man/woman dictatorial ministry. With all ministry gifts as well as spiritual gifts working together within the whole Net. Serving the people in a loving brotherhood/sisterhood and not seeking to lord over the people. All Ministers of the local church shall work together in the local church as servants according to Ephesians 4:11-16, serving the people and being example to them.


The goal of the Net is to develop unity and a focus on pressing toward the objectives of Jesus Christ for his global church. Training resources and activities will be provided by Promiseland Empowerment Net to help move each individual member or organization from her current situation to the goal that the Lord Jesus Christ has set for her in her area of God given jurisdiction. The letters of the Lord to the seven churches are guidelines. Promiseland Empowerment Net is also designed to help churches in persecuted areas of the world maintain Christian foundations and way of life. The Net shall commit to use built-in Scriptural safeguards and submission to the Holy Spirit that allow her to remain in full fellowship with each other and with the Lord and protect the flock as all walk in the Light.

1. The Net shall be a living organization submitted to God ordained changes.
2. The Net shall first be filled and led by the Holy Spirit, seeking diligently to hear what God is saying to the Church in its time and obey, it shall also follow after the model of Jesus who is the Lord of every area of our lives
3. The Net members shall walk by faith and their lives be led by the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus living through them to bring victory and abundant live into their lives.
4 The Members of the Net shall abide by the Great Commandments of Christ summarized in Matthews 22:37-40: …”you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind; This is the first and great commandment, and the second is like it you shall love your neighbor as yourself” as well as by all the “one another” commandments.
5 The Net is not an organization against any form of church institution and believes that as long as the believers in a large organized, medium organized, house churches or any form that is faithful to Christ’s teachings, they are welcome to participate if they accept to be individually led by the Holy Spirit and use the Bible as their standard of faith and follow with all their being the Lord Jesus Christ.
6 The Net's mandate is to be one mean believers take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the World: the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.
