We are all in the same family of God and in the covenant of love between us and with God. So how do we succeed in speaking the truth in love with an imature believer with extreme personality issues?

That's a tough one for me, but not for God. I think timing is a critical piece as well as being in heavy spiritual warfare. Wait on the Lord for specific direction(s). His Word declares that as we open our mouth that He would fill it. Therefore, He will give us what to do, when to do and/or speak.
